Humphreys elected Deputy Leader of Labour Party Group on DLR County Council

I was very pleased to have been elected unanimously as the Deputy Leader of the Labour Party Group on Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council at the Group's meeting today (Saturday 2nd July 2011).  Cllr Denis O'Callaghan will be Group Leader for the coming year.  I am very grateful to my Labour colleagues for electing me to the role of Deputy Leader and will do my best to assist Denis and the Group generally in advancing the Labour Party Group's important agenda on the Council.
