Yesterday I attended a tour with Michael D Higgins of the historic sites around the GPO associated with 1916 Rising. The tour was conducted by James Connolly Heron and Honour O Brolochain. I was particularly glad to be there as a relative of The O'Rahilly, the only 1916 leader to be killed in action.
